Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. All products are considered non-refundable once purchased. An item may only be eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

1. The order was received in a physically damaged/defective condition.

2. A wrong order was received.

If your package meets any of the above criteria, you must notify our Customer Care within 5 business days of receipt by emailing us at info@vermasons.in with your order number.

Return requests will be reviewed and validated by our team within 5 working days. If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product via email.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and validate your claim within 5 working days. Our Customer Care team will contact you thereafter.

If approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be returned to you at your expense.

If you receive a delivery notification from our logistics partners but have not received the package, you must email us immediately (within 12 hours). Failure to do so may result in our inability to adhere to the logistics company’s policies regarding proof of delivery (PoD), which will hinder our ability to assist you with a refund or replacement.

Please note: Our products are professional studio and photography equipment. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, not for change of mind, event use, or compatibility issues. We strongly recommend checking product specifications before purchase.

Refund Policy
Once a refund has been approved, the reverse transfer will be completed within 3-4 business days. The refund amount will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) returns, you must provide your bank details for the refund transfer. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and any incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or denial of the refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds if the conditions outlined in our policy are not met.

Manufacturer Warranty
All Prolite products carry a 3 month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled directly by Prolite India, through email infor@vermasons.in or WhatsApp +91 96257 73450.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, you must send an email to info@vermasons.in , clearly stating your order number and providing specific reasons for the cancellation.

Please Note: Cancellations will only be processed within 1-2 business days if the order has not yet shipped. If the order is in the shipping process, cancellation requests will be denied. You will receive a notification via email regarding the status of your cancellation request.
