Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order with www.vermasons.in, you acknowledge and agree to the following stringent shipping policy:

1. Shipping Methods
Verma Sons reserves the exclusive right to select the shipping carrier for all orders. We utilize reputable carriers to ensure your orders are delivered promptly. Each order can only be shipped to one specified address at the time of payment. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each address. We will make every effort to ship items in a single order together; however, this may not be feasible due to product characteristics or availability.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the purchased items. All costs will be transparently displayed during the checkout process. You accept full responsibility for these charges (in case your order does not qualify for Free Shipping).

3. Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 3 business days under normal circumstances. However, during peak seasons, such as festivals and sales, processing may take up to 5 business days or longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You acknowledge that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and you agree to allow the carrier partners at least 7 to 10 business days for delivery post-shipment based on your geographical location.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times have been mentioned in Processing Time above, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates Verma Sons is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control. Your acceptance of these terms means you understand that delivery dates are estimates and can change.

5. Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You are responsible for monitoring the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within the specified processing timeframe, you must contact us immediately.

6. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products transfer to you upon shipment. Verma Sons is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are in the carrier’s possession. You are encouraged to consider additional insurance for high-value items.

7. Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of any order, you will still be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including return fees. Refused shipments will incur additional charges for redelivery or restocking.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
You must provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Verma Sons will not be liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, you will be charged a restocking fee and all costs associated with reshipping the package.

9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. If you wish to place an order from outside India, you must contact us directly for potential arrangements.

10. Changes to Shipping & Delivery Policy
Verma Sons reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly for any updates or changes.
